Camping & Crayfish Diving in Strandfontein, South Africa (Catch & Cook)

We make our way further down the West Coast of South Africa and set up camp in Strandfontein. A nice beach walk towards Kommetjie and Die Hell. Sureine makes her lamb curry potjie and I go crayfish diving at Bamboesbaai which I then cook up over the fire. We rounded up our experience with dinner at Freyers Cove in Doringbaai.

Man I miss South African Karoo lamb. It's apparently the same as Champaigne in that it isn't seen as Karoo lamb even if it's the same species but raised elsewhere. By far the best lamb in the world.

Unfortunate no crayfish thermistors here. Had similar with late husband. In ponta de ore. Mozambique. With cheese sauce. Seafood with cheese sauce white sauce mornay sauce
