+1 for duvet a must. We use vacuum storage bags with hand pump to get them in the car.

We went camping, your tips with kids was very helpful, I agree with fridge, duvet n pillows , we brought a tent with an attached awning following your previous family videos xx

Loved this! I definitely need to stock up on more awnings! My essentials are my kitchen box (it has my spice box), duvets, bottle opener and gin haha! Honestly wish I could bring along a wood burner! Also are you welsh? I’m from Cardiff and feel like I can detect South Walian accents? 😅😅 Always love your vids Kate, but the camping ones make me click the fastest 🥰

Loved this, was so funny hearing both of your ideas re camping essentials. I totally agree with you Kate regarding the electric hookup and duvets but also agree with all ten from you both. In fact we also take practically the entire contents of our house 😂 which doesn’t please my husband. We needed to buy a large roof box and a trailer to fit it all! We don’t have a wood burning stove tho, and I would love one of them. Do love my creature comforts! Would love to see your full camping set up when you next go if not too time consuming to film before you go. I clicked over after seeing your Instagram to watch ⛺️ xx

I’m going to make my hubby watch this I don’t think he’ll need any convincing that a wood burner is a good idea haha...we’ll just have to hire a van 😂 also you guys should try camping quilts, more compact & lighter but super warm x

🏕️ agree electric hook up👍🏼 for the fridge. Fairy lights (solar powered). Most of those I agree with apart from the stove as we don't have room for that.

Hi! Thank you for the video, it was really helpful. Just a question, the reviews for the tarp say it's not waterproof. Did you waterproof it yourself?
