I first visited with my parents in 1958. we came yearly in August after that to Wilson's Beach. I remember crank phones. Mrs. Newman would take the calls and of course all of Campobello was party lines. Floyd 'Granny' Cook would take us out on his fishing boat. I was friends with Noel Cook, later on Steve Newman and others. My best old friend Harold Newman. He'd take me out on his boat so I could scuba dive virgin sites. What a place. I'll never go back because I want to remember it it as it was. I loved the place more than anywhere on earth, I always will.

I used to live next door in Calais, and this brought back wonderful memories. I love the island, and I love the video. Thank you for my 11 minute vacation on Campobello Island. Can't wait to return!

Very informative video of Campobello Island, New Brunswick. Jenny and I haven't been there yet but hope to get there in 2012

I can never picture myself in an island with about a thousand population even if it's a part of heaven so I really admire those who stick by.
