Camshaft Position Sensors Replacement 21012-2018 Ford Focus 2.0L

In this video I go over the camshaft position sensor replacement on a Ford Duratech 2.0L HE engine found in the 2012-2018 Ford Focus equipped with the DPS6 transmission. This engine actually has two camshaft position sensors. It has an intake camshaft position sensor and an exhaust camshaft position sensor. The process for replacing either is pretty much the same.
Of course, codes will have to be cleared after the camshaft position sensor is replaced if a code was set causing a check engine light to come on. If the code/codes cannot be cleared, due to not having the proper equipment, it may take a couple of drive cycles for the code to clear on its own. Note: a drive cycle is not necessarily a trip to the store. A drive cycle is completed after all "monitors" have been run by the PCM. The vehicle has to be driven in a very specific way to achieve this. A reputable repair manual will have all the criteria of a drive cycle outlined for you.
Always use "lint free" rags in and around the engine.
Please reference your repair manual for torque specifications.

I changed my valve cover and the exhaust side hole for the cam position sensor has an inward taper at the top of the hole. So my cam sensor cannot sit flush like the front. Is there another sensor I can use?

I was wondering if you can help me. I have code PO333, PO68A, P068B. I jumped my battery for the past 3 days due to it dieing overnight because I let the access port in overnight. The car now shuts off while driving. Any help would be appreciated

I am having codes P0320, P0344, P0369, P061C, and P1336. Have replaced both camshaft and crankshaft sensors but still get the fault codes and the car won't start. Do you have any tips? I'm almost giving up on this car.

My. Ford Focus had some work done such as the harmonic balancer and a crankshaft pully however once those were replaced my engine light came on and I got a code saying it’s the camshaft sensor, that was also replaced, and the error is still occurring. Will there ever be a fix for this? Idk if the shop may have caused this

@@BarboursAutoHelpI'm having something similar, I replaced the valve cover gasket so, after everything was put back together, all of a sudden I got the check engine light on so, I scanned it and it's giving me code P0013 ( B Camshaft position actuator A control circuit/Open bank 1). Would that be the selenoid or the chamshaft sensor??

@@BarboursAutoHelp I have a 2016 Ford Focus SE and has the following codes P0300 - Random Misfire P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected P0316 - Misfire Detected on Startup (First 1000 Revolutions) I've replaced the spark plugs and swapped Coils 2 and 3 with 1 and 4 and they came back I'm thinking it might be these Camshaft Position sensors based on some research. Do you have the part numbers?

@@JEE7600 have same iisue with my focus mk3 ST if you fine the solution pls share with it. In my case it wasnt the camshaft sensors.
