India is still a developing country. Legal remedies are not easily available. Police reform is still pending. It is better for citizens to avoid straining the system. It is good to keep knowledge, and it is important, but such lifestyle of going into hotel room with bf/ gf should be left for future generations.

After listening to your session, it gives me a clear understanding that the police raid may stand legal most of the time But, the Ideal practice ,they interfere and bother an unmarried couple for no good reason and hence they violated Article 21 'Right to Life' , and Article 19, 'Right to Freedom', Indian Constitutional Act. These are fundamental rights. Violation of fundamental right should attract high level punishment to those police personnel. The best defense is to attack them in the legitimate manner. Just in case, one should opt all remedies in the best possible manner. As an Indian Citizen, I need to know what are my rights as in legitimate attack by way of punishment/fines to the police personnel when they break fundamental laws? a)Police temporary suspension from job with heavy fines? Police imprisonment with heavy fines and so on. (Possible Court Verdict) Thank you so much. Waiting for your reply.. I have subscribed your channel.
