Typically, "completion" means having met all the academic requirements for the course, such as passing all exams and submitting required assignments or dissertations. However, as you pointed out in your demonstration the visa rules are not very clear yet for Int students.

Her Course Ending Date on the CAS was 13th of Jan 2024 but unfortunatley she has a resit. In simple words she has failed this last subject of CMI. Can she apply for a Tier 2 Skilled Worker visa without successfully completing the course/degree?

I know my classmate, who had failed his major subjects in masters and didn't paid the fee, but when his course completion date was over he applied for skilled work visa and got it along with dependents.

I'm currently on Student's dependent visa. Is it possible to switch to Student visa inside UK. As mentioned on few UK universities website that it's not possible and for this you have to apply outside UK.

Yes you can apply for the skilled worker visa .If you failed in your course but have completed your initial CAS period you can apply for skilled worker visa. In shortage occupation you will definitely get a visa and i think in normal occupation also you will get skilled worker visa.

There is nothing like switching in your application. It is legal for you and your husband to apply inside the UK. But, phd is not the best option. Y not do another maters first, and earn a another two years PGW. After which you may do PHD? During your second PGW you children may get citizenship and sponsor you before you end your PHD. That is if you don’t have enough money to sponsor. But if you are in science, 3 years Nursing program is the shortest answer.

Tried the link provided in the description but showing as "Page not found". In my CAS, course end date is 07/02/2025, but my actual course completion date is 31/01/2024. This discrepancy arises because my course automatically changed from MBA (Placement Route) to an MBA (Non-Placement Route) as i could not secure a placement job. Although my employer is willing to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), I am concerned about the potential challenges in switching to a Health and Care worker visa due to the difference in course completion dates on the CAS. My university will not provide an updated CAS Letter because I’m still studying the same course but without the Placement route, and after Awarding the degree they will report this to the UKVI and my Visa period will be cut short. Despite the course technically concluding on 31/01/2024, the dissertation results are expected to be published on 28/02/2024, with graduation likely taking place in May. Therefore, my question is whether I can switch to a work visa after my actual course completion date of 31/01/2024. Is there any complications in doing so?? Evidence that i can get from the University is a Letter of Confirmation of Student status which has course completion date mentioned in it. When will be the best time to start the visa processing?

I’m working in accounting firm and my employer is gonna sponsor me before my last result come out on 29 Mar-24, he said to me there’s no issue if you fail your exam, let’s see what happen, I will comment here. The accounting firm is giving visa process services as well, we have a lawyer for that and very experienced person.

Since your visa is already cancelled by UKVI, it cannot be undone, you should speak to your University if they are willing to give you a CAS for a new application. In my CAS letter my course completion date is 31 oct 2024 how ever i converted my course from 2 year to one year and I completed my course on 19th january 2024. Hi Sir, I failed to re-sit in my university and for my dissertation.
