A Student visa holder can no longer switch into being the dependant of a Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility Worker or Scale-up Worker or International Sportsperson before completing the course of study for which their Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies was assigned.
Student Dependents can switch as usual to Skilled Worker?
student’s dependent who are already in UK can or cannot change their visa to skilled worker visa?

aagar sab fees time per submitt hai, attendance bhi theek hai, but unfortunaitely student fail ho jata hai,. than after completion of CAS duration student work permit ya dependent per switch ho sakta hai?

Yes they have to go to home country and apply for entry clearance. In country switch not possible

@@sharee200411 no u can switch within UK also because there is just u can't switch to any work routes thts it u can be dependent

@@hamedsaif9794 you sure ? Because i am on skilled visa and my wife is on student visa but she just failed the course. Does she can convert as my dependent?
