In this video I am explaining the function of the mode button. This video in made in response to a comment/request made by one of my viewers.
I also discuss some of the other features available with my Can AM RT Limited.

Great video, thanks! Lots of vids about riding the Spyder, but very little practical stuff like this. I'm buying my first ever Spyder RT in a fortnight, and the stuff you have just shown me will save me hours of fumbling about trying to work out how to navigate the various menus 😂

Very helpful. We are in Houston, TX. Hubby bought the blue 2020 RT Limited a couple of weeks ago, and my red RT Limited will be delivered this week. Thanks for helping me understand the buttons. ⭐️

Thank you for the video. Hubby just purchased the 2019 RT Limited for me (we pick it up next week!) I was looking at all the features after the test drive and it looked a little overwhelming at that time.Your overview really helped me feel a little more comfortable with how to access and use the various features. I just got a 2032 RT Limited, still working on understanding the BPR connect, and figuring out how to set the trip meters for trip A or B! Good video and adds a little more to my knowledge base of my RT Limited. Thanks. Warm enough in Texas, LOL, we are having 70 degree heat wave in NY before it turns to SNOW! Family use to live in little town of Pottsboro, TX.

What is the button on the left side on back for? It looks like a button for the phone... Answer and hang up?? By the way,love the time you take explaining the bike for us. Thank you Just got my 2021 Sea to Sky and absolutely AMAZING machine. My wife took it out for the first time and now we are going to be getting ANOTHER ONE!!!!! Keep the videos coming!!

Hi John, thanks for yoru comment. Yes, you are correct. That button on the back of the handlebar is indeed to interact with the phone if you have it paired with the CAM AM

Contact was very good, your description was good. The wind noise made the video almost not useable. Please do again with out wind noise.

You probably figured this out but the warning is actually on the glove box. You pull the glove box up and it’s on the bottom of the glove box. I picked up my Sea to Sky on Friday the 7th.

Armrest optional. Back support for driver, optional.

When you shift up, do you release or reduce the throttle during the shift as when riding a traditional motorcycle? I've been studying this machine for possible purchase. Very informative! Thanks for posting; much appreciated.

You do not have to release the throttle to shift. It can be a smoother shift though if you do release the throttle.

Same like a car, automatic transmission. You not releasing gas pedal when it shifting.

I run in eco mode at all times but have noticed that when I really open the throttle hard that it seems almost as though it kicks into regular mode with a burst of energy. Has anyone else had this experience? Nicely done video.

Just slide it to the left. When you get to speed you want to set, push button in like you do when canceling turn signals. You can also accelerate by push it up or decelerate by push button. To cancel, just tap the brake.

That is a good Question. You can connect your android or apple devices to the CAN AM. That but is the BRP connect button that allows you to interact/connect your mobile devices.

Have you experienced your radio going silent after starting your RT_LIMITED? The feed continues but there is no sound. I have to shut off the bike and restart it. Any idea why this happens?

I have not experience this issue. I normally don't listen to the radio much. I will pay attention to see if this is also happening to my RT. As far as why it is happening, I don't yet.

I just got a 2021 sea to Sky and that happened to me. What I did was run the volume button all the way down and go back up and it worked. Try it

You had a lot of wind noise on your video. I suggest that for your next video, you be in a garage or somewhere there isn't any wind.

Total different animal. When we got first one , watch dvd, read manual. Go to empty parking lot and learn, out of traffic. If you have ryder club in your area go meet them! Can not say enough of the Bro's Sis's who can inform you on what to buy and waste$$. Happy rydes, be safe, hope to see you next rally.
