Well if we think about how young Leeteuk and Heechul look it's pretty normal to not call them the oldest. For me the more surprising one is they didnt choose Siwon for the oldest, it was always Siwon aksdlskdlsdk

This is different from just going by looks. They are informed about kpop culture, so they know how old a group is, or how long they have been around. IU debut was when she was 15, but she has been active for 14 years at a high level, so one would think she is a lot older than 29, when just thinking of career lifespan. Whereas someone like Jisoo trained for 5 years starting at 16 and debut at 21. Active for 6 years, but IU is only 2 years older.

I remember 2016 when Moon Lovers aired, many people said "IU looks so young" then I said "she is only 23 years old" and many of them were shocked, they thought IU was the same age as the SNSD members

the reactions would definitely be more shocking if it were to be americans w little to no knowledge about south korea. these people have lived in sk for a while now, so koreans' deceiving looks aren't as shocking to them anymore. if anything, they're just shooting their answers according to how long they think they've seen them in the industry. this was a great video, nonetheless!

they guessed based on debut age, I understand she is who guessed IU was 33 years old because she probably estimated IU debuted around 19 years old but IU debuted at 15 years old. and the woman on the left who guessed IU was 42 years old I don't know what she was analyzing from. I think she just guessed without thinking 😂 Even if you don't know when IU debuted, most would guess IU is in her early 20's.

It's interesting she said she doesn't think about their ages because that's one of the first things I did when I first started getting into BTS music. I do that with practically everyone, I just like to know how old people are.

그냥 한국어 발음표기대로 영어로 막내라고 표현해요 발음표기대로 막내라고 표기해도 외국인들 다 알아들을것 같은데요? 모르면 자기가 알아서 검색하겠죠 심지어 이분들도 막내라고 말하네요 그전에 엠씨분이 막내라고 말한것도 있겠지만.. 암튼 막내라는 단어도 알고 있네요 뭐 5년차 유학도 아니고 아예 한국 살고 있으면 그정도는 알고있는게 당연하지만... 다들 잘생겼고 예쁘다고 하는데 그것도 맞는데 실력파아이돌들도 보여주세요 예를 들어 샤이니 셜록 무대라던지....(멤버들 고음+빡센 춤+ 레전드무대)

솔직히 연예인, 특히나 아이돌들은 수술도 하기도 하지만 엄청 아픈 마사지도 엄청 받고 피부 관리도 엄청 심하게 하고 특히나 아이돌 되기 전부터 얼굴 잘생기고 이쁘고 한 사람들만 뽑히기에 나이가 다들 젊어보일 수 밖에.. ㅋㅋㅋ 하지만 오히려 10대인 아이돌들 보면 20대로 보임. (내가 10대였을 때)

마사지 시술 수술을 떠나 그냥 한국사람들이 대체적으로 많이 어려보여요. 이목구비가 오밀조밀한것도 있지만 사계절이 있는나라의 영향도 받고 수돗물도 좋고 같은 동양인이라도 차이가 나요.
