One data from Speed Analysis Channel shows his top end speed was possibly ~44.92 kph at the 68m mark. Which is utterly ridiculous. The highest top end speed since 2012 hasn't even surpassed 44 kph which is crazy and Bolt nearly went 45 kph. Give in with his extremely quick first 60m, quicker than Christian Coleman, that top end speed is something else. Bolt's 60-100m which is sub 3.30 (3.29 or 3.27) is an average of 43.77 kph or 44.03 kph!! That is insane, Lyles doesn't even have the top end speed at 60m and 70 and Kerley only barely does at 70m ish. Their fastest finishes only range in the 3.35-3.37 range which means even if they tremendously improve their starts, they still wouldn't come close to the world record. For a sprinter to break Usain Bolt's world record, they need to have the most efficient and right body mechanics and technique, they also need to be very relaxed as well (Powell/Jacobs relaxation). Personally, I don't see anyone surpassing Bolt's top end speed so I assume they have to go like 6.26+3.31 to break the world record or even 6.24+3.33. Just look at Usain Bolt and Tyson Gay in 2009. Tyson ran a 9.71 6.39+3.32. Not only he split a nearly unbeatable last 40m of 3.32, he also split sub 6.40 which is unusual for him. No one other than Coleman, Su, and Bromell went faster than 6.39 as of recently. No one comes close to 3.32 at all either nor his max velocity which is somewhere around the range of 44.2-44.5 kph. Guess what, Bolt kept pulling away and had a complete advantage for every single split, which meant Tyson was behind by a lifetime. Bolt is unreal. The record may stand for another 15 years.

Tell me which of these younger sprinters u mentioned became world junior champion at age 15 or ran 19 seconds at age 16. Name one. The closest would be Knighton an he is still not near bolt's achievements yet. He is s good sprinter though

​@@unconventionalcrosy52 Knighton surpassed Bolt age-wise. It doesn't mean he's guaranteed to replicate that success as a senior athlete but his accolades are undeniable. He didn't compete at world junior Championships because he was busy with senior competition at the Olympics and world Championships. At 17 instead of racing 18 and 19 year olds, he was good enough to take on the best sprinters in the world. He still has another year in the under 20 category and already has a bronze medal and 4th place finish, a personal best of 19.49 (5th fastest in history) and eclipsed Bolt's under 20 world record as a youth (youth category = under 18) with 19.84 (Bolt's Youth world record was 20.13 and his under 20 world record was 19.93). Bolt didn't run faster than 19.8 until his breakthrough season aged 21. Knighton is 19 and with a pb of 19.49.

Tell me who will break bolt's triple triple? Your lucky to get one gold medal at the Olympics much less 9?? Back to back??

@afamobi93 Knight running fast at a very young age don't mean he will do so all his senior life. If you know track an field you know its an ungrateful sport. We have seen many outstanding ones come and go.....
