Sir, I am diabetic since 15 years from Bangalore. I am 65 year retired govt servant. I am using diabexy atta chapati for my breakfast.lunch and dinner with sabaji altogether about 110gms of atta. And my average sugar after break fast , lunch and dinner(without rice) (after2hr) is around 130 with metsmallVX500 (metformin hydo-500 and vildagliptin-50mg tablet both morning and night. Morning sugar is around 105. Your explanation is very good when compared to Dr Eric berg and Dr Jason Fung. Mr creatinine level is just 0.01 more than normal level. So wether regular use of diabexy atta will increase my creatinine level since diabexy atta is rich in protein. Kindly make sweetner in the form of small tablets for regular use in coffee and tea. Thank you sir.

सर नमस्ते, आप जब भी कुछ बताते हो वो type2 डाइबिटीज़ के बारे मे ही बताते हो कभी कभी type1 के बारे मे भी बताइये। type1 वालों को क्या डाइट लेनी चाहिए दैनिक दिनचर्या मैनेज कैसे करें कृपया विस्तार से बताइये। धन्यवाद।
