This Doc said we can’t afford the healthcare we have now 😢; Now it’s 2024 & the rate of heart disease is still sky Rocketing!!! It’s very saddening!! Eating plant based & less Processed Foods isn’t really that hard ; people just choose to do the Opposite!!!

When you look at the undeveloped world where people can hardly get enough food and life is extremely physical there is virtually no heart disease and virtually no obesity. It just seems so mysterious why the developed world has so much heart disease and obesity where food is so plentiful and physical exercise is so little. If we apply vigorous logic to solving this problem can it be if we love a lifestyle somewhere closer to the undeveloped world heart disease and obesity would be drastically reduced. Use logic to solve this problem.

For the developed world fasting and rich foods goes well together. Exercise and recommendations. If say the undeveloped world decided to only do the recommended exercise they would probably starve even more. They do more than the recommended level by 10 times more but that doesn't kill them. You hear people having to walk over 10 miles to get to use basic services and farmers having to till for hours on end and when it comes to harvest time, oh dear, the workload is enormous. Restrict these people to physical activity for 20 minutes 3 times a week and see their economy disappear. With most cases of heart disease is it is a luxury disease. I don't believe it is pure luck our farmer or walker doesn't become obese and suffer plaque formation in the arteries. Plus they can't over eat. Now, take the farmer and walker and up their calories by 10 fold and decrease their physical workload by 10 fold, now they'll have problems.

All we hear is excuses. I can't walk, I must eat to keep my strength up, nature intended me to be on pills my whole life, nothing is my responsibility. Turn it around to I have to walk, nature gave me a body to be able to store up excess calories for lean periods of time, I am not a snowflake, I was born to be strong, everything is my responsibility (health, wealth, how I think, who I surround myself with, what attitude I foster and maintain).

Kyn Chan because they aint fat..they skinny and dont have much food or they starving..and whatever they eat WHEN they eat..is grown in the ground..it aint processed food..which is slowly killing us here in the developed world. But we dont got no choice since the food industry is putting poisonous shit in everything we eat..even organic foods..and our bodies have adjusted to what they have done in our food. SAD. Anyway..it dont take rocket science to see why there is no heart disease in third world countries; because of what i have explained above..no processed food..very little food..and skinny or starving. There..you have it.

Plenty of plant foods. Very little meat. Plenty of exercise. If you have some time consider growing some of your own food. You're in control, putting you and your family first.

This authoritative tone regarding statin drugs and cholesterol is baloney. Tiny sores to the endothelium are the starting point of plaque, not the presence of cholesterol. These sores must be fixed, and plugged up, and cholesterol is one of the substances used, Inflamation causes the sores- cholesterol is innocent. High cholesterol is actually a sign of longevity amongst elderly people. Statin drugs cause more problems than they solve. They interrupt the mevalonate metabolic pathway, which interrupts the synthesis of 100's of chemicals.

You are correct! Brain needs cholesterol.!it’s the sugar causes the inflammation in the heart. It causes sore and cholesterol try to fix it by layering layer of cholesterol on the lining of the heart. Sort of putting drywall compound on surfaces that has holes and crevasse. That’s all I know! Thanks for the rest of info. You’re smart! You know what you talking about.
