Just using basic fundamentals and footsies, Punk is really a 12/Mokujin type of player. He can beat most of us with any of the characters without being optimal.

I think you should have him(sim) as your 2nd character selection after Cammy(your main character pick) especially in tournaments and stop MenaRD's shenanigans with blanka and Luke. I think you did extremely well for someone who says he has less experience with the character

AKI is a problem for dhalsim. That aki slide tech should have been a dhalsimtech to get out of corners but they make it hard for him to deal with rush down characters

Dudes like Justin Wong lose a match or two in Diamond too, especially on a random ass character they barely trained. If you do a full climb from Diamond 1 (now you can start at Diamond 5) you might still lose a game if you're unlucky. I did a full rookie-to-master run in two days with a character and had a bunch of win streaks (40 was the biggest, mostly 20 and 30) interrupted by DI spamming Diamonds who threw me off.

@@DrynSarcastic360 yeh you definitely need a bit of luck as well. I don't know what rank he started at (i'm guessing diamond assuming he got 100 points on average per win) but most top players would be able to get a pretty good win streak.

Bro today I did 10 ranked matches 6 Ed mirror matches 2 haduken spammers 2 match’s with people not even nowhere near my rank all loses at this point I quit I don’t like the roster not One character out of the 22 characters I play are in streetfighter 6 I keep trying to get better but nothin works I’ll play Sf6 when the characters I play come back.😢

What I cant say anything about is if you don't like any character it is what it is. I didn't like Ed at the beginning because of the trash anti airs but now I replayed him and I'm having a blast lol

If you can't beat spammers, it's quite literally a skill issue on your end. Slow down, learn how to read what their spam/flowchart pattern is, learn where you can punish them and you're gucci. It ain't on Capcom to fix a you problem.
