Hello sir i hope you will reply please... My mom is diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and undergo mastectomy and with the biopsy result, all 10 anciliiar lymphnodes are negative . But my mom has also ckd and myoma .. Do she need chemo?

Doctor meri pet ki surgery huyi thi aur sir surgery hone ke baad se mera sperm nahi nikal raha hai kiya problem huyi hongi sir mere pet me gath thi left side kidney ke pas usi ki surgery huyi thi lagbhag 6 se 7 ghante ka operation hua tha and sir surgery se pehle meri 1 treatment chal rahi thi chemotherapy ise mere sare sar ke baal nikal gye the please sir reply me bahut tension me hu😢😢

Sir what if the Oncotype Dx RS scores of tumour size T2 and T1 has come 15 and 28 respectively for ER PR + and Her 2 - breast cancer patient post mastectomy. Do we still need Chemotherapy or directly start with Hormonal therapy

Any scare bellow 38 is considered low risk for cancer coming back. You could avoid chemotherapy.

Hi Doctor, ER PR both are +ve with allred Overall Scores as 7 respectively and Her2 is -ve with score 0 and CanAssist score has come 8.2, does the patient really needs Chemotherapy (Tumor size was 2.5 CM and No Lymphovascular Invasion is found). How accurate is this CanAssist test. Please reply

What treatment is usually diagnosed for Invasive poor-differentiated Ductal Carcinoma. 4.2 cm, initially told it was Grade 3. Breast MRI concluded no mass in other breast nor lymph nodes, zero inflammation & Estrogen not the cause. Blood work shows triple negative but Dr is now categorizing it as stage 2???
