Nicely done. Don't know how much you changed, but a bit of fiddling with the suspension settings can do wonders. I used to "run as is" and just change the gear ratios, until my son (a mechanic) did a setup for gravel in Finland (Dirt 1) on one of the cars. Totally blew my mind experiencing the difference in grip and handling, especially the landing after the big jumps and not getting those ridiculous rebounds.

they do the same in real life. Did you think every year the rally stages are completely new? think again... they race every year on pretty much the same stages, except when location is changed or a new location is included, so the drivers who have been rallying for years have memorized the stages more than newer drivers. They also get to pre-run it to make notes... only thing thats different every year for real life rally is the weather and road condition, stages themselves remain pretty much the same.

@@Djentalman I don't assume, I do treat everyone the same. That's the problem and I personally am trying to be better at being a person. After the Gamermuscle and randomcallsign BS. I thought he was in the same crowd. They used loyalty to create a fake dispute and then when people came to the aid of one or the other they quickly retracted their words as though it was a joke. I didn't know how genuine Jimmy was until that interview. We actually have a lot in common.

The Leaderboard has been flooded with new Times trying to beat Jimmy since he uploaded the Video. First time i tried this and memorized a Dirt rally stage, but it was a lot of fun trying to get that crazy time out of it. Thx Jimmy

Is this game really so dead that even crashing you get well into the top 100? Or at GT4's just unpopular?

I would say its just GT4 class not being popular

I think the GT4 cars are just that unpopular, I don't particularly drive well but had no issue getting close to the top 100 with the Mustang in Germany

GT4 isn't all that popular, but it also isn't that easy. Rear wheel drive, heavy, and lots of power. Jimmy has one of the best sim racing setups in the business, and is a fairly competent driver. I would say he just makes it look kinda easy

I repeat errors too. It's really frustrating. I feel a lot less alone now. Thanks for not hiding mistakes.

I do this all the time, it's fun. I actually came very close to pro Dirt Rally 2.0 racers that I watched in a tournament, recently, within 4 seconds of their best time, and I do this with a keyboard. So yeah, it's fun and satisfying. Do more of these, Jimmy.

It's so relieving seeing even some of the best struggling with this game.. Haha. Currently have loads of fun with the R2 AI championship. Soon as I go RWD or 4WD I'm just binning it. I might get through one stage, but an entire championship at this stage would just be a waste of time, haha.
