When playing azazel don't start charging your next attack until your first one is done, you're loosing a ton of damage by canceling your own attack.

A little thing for greed mode, the last button is only if you want the devil/angel deal and if you want you can just not push it and leave the floor

The optional fight is what spawns the devil/angel deal. Also as a small tip, active charge items gain a charge every time a new wave spawns. Active items that give an effect for the whole room such as Book of Belial's damage up or the familiars spawned from Pinking Shears will both stack and last until you leave the main room.

Mod Recommendation of the video : Reaction Port Pack and Reaction API, first mod makes that Isaac can react to the items according to their rarity and second one is just a requirement for 1st mod to work. Hint of the video : Womb and onwards levels you start to take 1 full heart damage, items can affect this.

Pinking shears are actually broken for greed mode not actually broken but it actually would have been pretty good because it cuts Isaac's body in half and the lower half goes around killing enemies extremely efficiently as well as bosses but because ultra greed spawns enemies the jar of flies could possibly actually have been better. also blue fly damage scales off you're own dealing mass damage And the grey flies that you're confused about can't be killed until you break the poop it's going around it's not a good fly

You probably should get angel deals. They give VERY good items. You just got unlucky. They can spawn items like sacred heart which is just 2.5x dmg plus homing tears or holy mantle which blocks any hit each room (and I believe every wave is counted as a room) and much more. You just got one bad item for ya

Ultra Greed akka greed mode is way to hard for your level skill level for now id say.
