4:10 is probably because most games parent the object that it touches for moving platforms so when Kirby touches it he’s attached and it moves to fast for it to unparent Kirby so he keeps going super fast either that or the momentum.

Well you see The devs were aware people would cheat the game. So since Fecto Elfilis is canonically this alien that can manipulate time and space, they gave Fecto Elfilis one more role: An anti-cheat for those who try to speed up the game. If Elfilis notices you're manipulating time or space via outside programs or mods, Elfilis will start cheating too.
