I think the 5m+ city you missed was Belo Horizonte. Cities over 2.5m, might be Fortaleza in Brazil, or Yinchuan, Chifeng, puer or Hulunbuir in China. Cities over 1.5m is a little harder to tell, and properly includes the already mentioned cities, but could be Kisangani in DR Congo or Yekaterinburg in Russia. Ofc, this all depnds on what numbers they used, so it is really hard to tell.
