Sir I have a span 16×11 can I use G+1 9×9 column steel size 16mm 4 bars and 2 12 mm 2 bars

Using column of 14" * 18" and the span between column is 27 feet, Steel using in colum is 8 steel baar, 4 side baar of 20mm and 4 baar of 16mm... Sir is it safe? For G+2 building?

Our mestri made 9*12 piller size of 3 straight pillers with gap of 22 feets for first piller to second and 10feets of gap from 2nd to 3rd piller with only 4 12mm rods with one side 2feet slab of 4inchs its juz for elevation of shed to look like pillered work
