Love your videos! I am getting back into running after a long hiatus, and your video on training for a 5k is the best of many I've watched. You have an amazing sense of humor! I'm impressed that you can run a sub 2:20 marathon while working full time, commuting 1.5 hours per day, having a family, and doing whatever else life throws at you. I'm sure there is a solution out there for your calf issues. You could make it as a coach/merch seller/KZfaqr in the vein of Nick Bester. Many marathoners have their best years in their 30s. Go for 2028 Olympic qualification. Looking forward to your next video. As a former D1 XC/track walk on, I loved that video too.

I’m so sorry you weren’t able to start at the front for your local half marathon. I bet that really made things tough for you. And to think, you could have spent .4 seconds less in the rain if you had gotten that front spot at the start.
