I actually think Jasmine is getting better at this, at least as “better” as you possibly can with deciphering jumbled recipes. I did not get pesto = pistachios, my brain went back to the jam.

Honestly i don't think they are entirely honest with those shows. I'm always amazed how something quiet complex doesn't turn into something completely different. They are always 80% correct.....

Fun fact : I m korean but i ve never seen a pepero cake before here in S.korea. But it is true that pepero day is a big thing here. Fun fact 2 : pepero has numerous flavors including almond, white chocolate, strawberries, oranges, blueberries etc

i'm not korean but i lived in South Korea for 3 years, i've only ever seen it once only. Which was when my sisters boyfriend gifted it to her. It looked really pretty, though my sister was allergic to the ingredients added into it. So me and my brother ended up eating it and it was really good. If you haven't already, you should try it!

What I love about this series is that not only do you get to have fun watching all the silliness that happens, but you get two recipes for the price of one. Plus, the majority of the time, the translated recipe turns out to be quite good.
