Ravennnn, I know you have your residential rental. You should really consider getting into commercial real estate and open an event rental space. It’s definitely amazing seeing you transform your home. Just think it’ll be a cool investment and for content later down the line especially with your parties getting bigger and bigger 🎉

If you’ve ever seen a shot of the house or the neighborhood, it’s like those new residential construction neighborhoods and open street. I don’t see why people can just park on the street for the night or why other people would have an issue with people parking on a public street. Lol they can simply pull into their driveways and garages.

Love your party ideas! Here's a suggestion for the gingerbread house contest: set up eight or nine houses, number them, and form 8 or 9 teams of ten people. Assign each person a number 1 through 8 or 9. Throughout the night, if no one is decorating the house with their number, they can work on a portion of any house. At the end of the night, vote for the best house! It’s still a team effort, without the planning before hand. It would be fun to see how the houses look and a fun conversation. :)

I'm soooooo excited for the snow pit! I was kinda upset when I heard that the Gingerbread house competition would be scrapped but after hearing how many guest are coming... yeah I get it! I'm soooo glad you have a team of help now! I remember planning my 27th birthday and needing to take a week off just to recoup my sanity! I was no where near Raven level but party planning is stressful!! Shout out to Rel, Chef Toni, Makala and Zoe for helping bring this vision to fruition! We appreciate y'all! I agree totally. I did not wear a mask for manyyyy years doing DIY woodwork projects, and I definitely feel the effects of it, as my breathing is now so much worse. Protect your lungs ladies. Once inhaled there is no way to get the dust out of your lungs. It is very dangerous. I thought because I was young it would not affect me, but it really did! I pay for that mistake every day.

Hi! As a fellow cricut user, I just wanted to give you some helpful tips! If you make more stensils, use the green mat instead. The purple mat is strong grip and is meant for things like glitter cardstock. I've seen that it looks a bit difficult to remove the transfer-tape some times. You may be using a strong grip transfer tape. To make it easier to remove, stick it to your clothes or your arm before using it on your stensil. Transfer tape can be reused multiple times. (this will prevent the paint from coming off with the tape). Make sure to remove the vinyl on your arch as soon as you know that you don't need it anymore. Even though its "removable" vinyl it may be more difficult after some time has passed. Hope this helps! :)

Raven I have an idea I think that you should remove the trees from behind the ski lift put Christmas lights around the top of the ski and only put two Christmas trees besides the ski list that way the ski stands out with the Christmas lights and there aren’t so many Christmas trees behind it so kind of take away from it but a couple on the side to bring that Christmas Ski lodge affect to life
