I have to say it's so refreshing when I watch you and you talk about turning $1.50 into $15 dollars. So many resellers only focus on the higher average sale price, but I feel like it's much harder to find some of those high end brands. This gives people hope that they can still make profit off of lower ticket items. Sales do add up. I get a lot of 10-15 dollar sales but buy most of my stuff for $1 or so each. I make currently about 300-400 a week in profit and I have about 600 items listed.

I wish Goodwills here were so affordably priced. It would make thrifting for myself and for resell so much easier. They're usually $4-7 for shirts/long sleeves, $7-14 for jerseys/hoodies/etc. All of the Goodwills around me are so expensive so I usually have to nitpick for something really good to just do ok on. lol.

That's pretty good for a day's work! I enjoy these challenges you set for yourselves. I wish that t-shirts were as low as $1.50 each at my local Goodwill. making shirt lots is a good idea! I am getting away from selling most clothes because i just don't enjoy it, but have several boxes of clothes in my death pile that need to go. I noticed that you did not pick up team items. I do look for those, but maybe I shouldn't. On the other hand, I live in Oregon, and do well selling U of O and OSU t-shirts and memorabilia. For some reason, there are a lot of U of O alumni in Hawaii. My housemate is from HI and went to U of O, and tells me this is true. I go to a goodwill that has 1.79 on some items everyday, so I think about getting as many as I can that are in good condition and try to flip them. It ends up sometimes being less than the bins.

Before bundling, quickly double check brands that have special markings/collabs/logos/graphics. I had an Under Armour lot I purchased for the NWT basic black compression shirt. Well, turns out the yellow long sleeved Batman compression shirt with logo across the chest was worth $70 and would have been over $100 if it had its tags! This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened. I tend to get tunnel vision, thinking I've found the winning item when the one next to it is worth as much or more. It's a humbling reminder to me that I will ALWAYS be learning and evolving in this line of (fun) work!

Great video, sadly goodwill in my areas sell shirts for about 10 dollars, cheapest I ever saw was 6 dollars but it was super worn

The prices there are cheaper than here in NC. And we don't have any deals or days, color tag, etc. Do you have any of that there, just curious. Random thought, maybe you guys have done it before and I haven't seen it but I think when Hailey gets back the both of you should go into a goodwill, set a budget ( maybe $50) to pick each other out an outfit no matter how crazy it is for the other person to wear and then wear that outfit out on a date or the next time you go to the flea market or maybe even for an entire day! plain tye-dyed shirts in fair condition are always a good sell. My local Goodwill sells T shirts from $ 2.99 to $4.99 depending on the brand

Our Salvation Army stores in northern Ohio run colors like Goodwill. Except they do 3 colors...two are 50% off and 1 color is $1. So today it was pink and white were 50% off and blue was a $1. I got an Eddie Bauer ladies coat for a $1. Their price was $24.99. I try to shop for the $1 tags and get a cart load of clothes, purses, and home decor. Just wondering if your stores do the same?
