The "hump" is for the storage of liquid food sources (nectar, sap, and blood). It does't do anything for water, as the game does't track that for animals beyond whether they breathe it. Grass is normally visible. I'm not sure if it just didn't show up because the scenario predates their addition or (more likely) there were other plants sharing the same coordinates.

The scenario maps were not made with grass in mind, that is why it did not show up.

I think the part about the eyes being worse they are worse for the most part but they are very good at finding the deffirences between different colours like gren gray brown black. All i mean is that the eyes are more specific about collor wich is good.

I’ve been following the development of this game for a little while and this series feels so good to watch, and enlightening on how the game works ‘cause I’m only eleven with an iPad and probably won’t be playing this game anytime soon.

I think the plant should be black because the darker the color the more sunlight gets absorbed
