Which tank should Mk1 try to destroy? I will write it here, so I won't have to answer all the questions. WG gave Community Contributors Mk1 to their account to make videos/streams on it, so WG can see if the tank is still an interesting topic. We can only play in training rooms with it, can't play normal battles.

How long ago was this. Depending on how old this was, the game was latency issues, and you literally lag into his tank for a second and game out, but while that happened, you fired and did damage. Another way was your gun phased into his tank and fired and did some damage.

@@rowananderle233 the armor deflected rifle rounds just fine, the times regular ammunition did get through were generally cases of german soldiers using reversed bullets (a handloading trick used for armor penetration, originally meant for sniper shields) or armor piercing K-Bullets which the germans ramped up production of once tanks became a thing. Past that their best options had been artillery, field guns, grenades, and soldiers being ballsy enough to swarm the tanks. Before the T-Gewehr became a thing to help reduce tank panic of course.

Fun fact: The Maus’s actual side plate was 16 millimeters, so the mark 1 could easily destroy it. Edit: I was wrong, the side plate was 190mm

Dont know how wot works but I used to do this all the time in WT test drives many years ago. You can ricochet a shell of the bottom of the mantle and it'll pen the top of the engine deck
