KS is so right about the transition from a marriage with children to an empty nester household. The more you take the time to date your wife and enjoy her company between raising kids, the less she’ll seem like a total stranger when it’s just the two of you. It also helps to stay in shape, to the best of your abilities, throughout your marriage. The goal is to be healthy enough to really enjoy your time together and to remain attractive to each other. Trust me, your kids would rather see you spend more time with your spouse then spend time doting over them.

Oh yeah one last thing! To the Christian young lady. I’m a married Christian woman and ordained minister. The scripture you were attempting to reference is 1 Corinthians 7:6-8. However, to coincide with Mr. Samuels’ point, Paul was suggesting singleness it was not a commandment. Singleness is not preferred by most people. Therefore, Paul said, “it is better to marry than to burn.” Plus the verses prior to the verse I mentioned (the beginning of chapter 7) is all about Paul giving guidance for a healthy marriage. God would prefer us be married, thus that was Eve’s sole purpose (help meet/reproduce). God does honor those who wish to remain single, but that comes with a great sacrifice and commitment that most of us are not willing to submit to. Especially, if you are trying to remain single and wholeheartedly live under biblical principles. For most people (including myself), singleness is to great of a sacrifice to make so we prefer marriage. So Kevin was absolutely correct in this example!!! With all due respect ma’am be mindful going forward referencing scripture on a public platform such as this. Way more harm than good is done when you make biblical points but can’t support it accurately, especially on public platforms. Thought it may make a difference if you heard it from another woman.

Obesity is the SECOND leading cause of preventable deaths and it frustrates me that you would feed a “health at every size” image to young women and have them feed themselves to the grave.

One day, my daughter came home from school, a feminist teacher told her how men were oppressing and making women earn less. The patarachy. I put a stop to that non-sense right away. She came up to me, telling me off. My wife was trying to tell me to not talk to her about that stuff, I said hell no, she bought it up. I would not back down. I said it is manipulated statistics. I said that her stats were old too, now it is not 78%, but 80% etc, I think it I more now. Anyways, I asked my daughter this, "if women work cheaper, why are companies not just hiring all women to save 20% on labor costs?". I had to explain a bit, then she was perplexed, I mean sweetie, those companies would have a huge cost advantage. Well she started to get it. To make a long story short, I have worked hard to get my daughters to understand how God wants them to be so they can be good wives and not the toxic worldly women.

Real men just want to work hard and be taken care of, along with his family. Most of the time, the bit of money that a wife makes will just put him in a higher tax bracket. Uncle Sam wins. I would want a wife to take care of the home, rather than sending the kids out to a day care.

@@cloverleaf9532, LoL! Finding a good woman that wants to take care of a family isn't easy. It's actually a pretty hard job in itself to be a stay at home mom and raise a family. My sister did it, homeschooled her 5 children and everything. Not many women are up to the task!
@cloverleaf95323 жыл бұрын
@@guessagain3757 it is a hard work! I would definitely not do it lol I have one child who can drive me crazy lol I love her to bits too. I just like working as well. So yea. To me just too mentally draining to be with home all the time. It’s not an 8 hour job haha Well you might have more success with women who prefer staying home with kids then. Maybe someone who is religious would be more inclined to it.

@@cloverleaf9532, LoL, I think God broke the mold decades ago. I'm all done trying. I'm more of a socializer now. Not looking for anything to serious and definitely don't want to get married. Been there, done that. Besides, the odds of divorce are greater the second time around. I remember an older remarried female friend of mine tell me to never get married again. It just isn't worth the struggle. But that's just me, to each their own.

I submit that women in Atlanta don’t even honor their economic dating argument. They say they need a man on their level in the corporate fields but not in warehouses, temp agencies, etc.

I believe it almost always puts a strain on a relationship when a woman makes money(our Egos), however, I do believe that while warehouses are great jobs and can provide a comfortable life, I do believe that black men should strive for more prestigious jobs. (Doctors, engineers, lawyers, scientist) Black men are incredibly talented and smart naturally and even more when they are supported the right way. Women should always be the ones striving to date up, because it forces us to be in our feminine energy.
