Because Rick Scott wants medicare and ss to go only to those who paid into it. The average person who paid into it are losing on average around 2k a month, instead it's being dispersed to people who have never paid a dime into it including illegals and people who have never held jobs before. Additionally I believe that he wants two make doctors in hospitals who receive Medicare payments transparent on what their charging for. I can't imagine anyone would be upset about that. Medicaid entitlements and other entitlements should come off other accounts instead of people who have paid into this that contributed to their own security.
