This was really useful, and she did really good! I am a masters athlete, learning to hurdle since I am aiming to do a heptathlon in may this year. The 101 program is great, I have been working on hip strength and mobility and doing the drills nore than running over hurdles since october ( had an injury and also, due to the lack of indoor training facilities here and a bit too much snow on the track at times). It must be so rewarind to be a coach like you are. I am looking forward to watch the follow-up up on this one - she had such a great progression in single workout!

Did you have the hurdles facing the wrong way intentionally?

Yes. I mentioned it in the video. The winds were so strong that it was blowing the crossbar off. I had to turn them around to keep them from falling off.
