I'll be honest, I never knew there was a specific number you call for the local police. I've always been taught to just call 911.

Not sure about the last one. She said they didn't give her the money back. So she had ordered the nuggets, had paid for them, and *then* McDonalds said "Oh yeah, by the way, we don't have any nuggets"?

A "food" emergency?! Don't call 911. Don't call the police. Don't call the non-emergency #. Take it up with the manager at the store level and if you don't get it resolved, contact corporate. One thing that's never addressed is the amount of "Karen" calls to 911 because they're refused entry or service at a business. There needs to be stiff penalties for misuse of 911, period!!!

In the northern ireland/uk we call 999 for emergencies and 111 for non emergencies and you still find people stupidly calling 999 for dumb reasons 😂

With the food and restaurants, talk to the management. Don't call police for a non-emergency situation

To be fair, they don't teach the local police numbers. Most people are only taught 911. I was, I never knew there were other numbers growing up lol. Most of these are stupid af though 🤣
