Another 18 Hole mega match !!
Scratch golfer Lee Sharpe against scratch golfer Jimmy Bullard and some of the golf was off the scale good !! Also Lee brought some incredible stories to tell !! Massive thanks to the legends at golf travel Centre for this trip and the amazing club del golf El Bosque for having us ! Great course !!

Initially I thought this was because of the scratch claim - ‘oh god yea used to play loads of golf, started playing when I was 10, scratch by 12…was going to join the tour but they said I was too good’

Great video again lads. I had the pleasure of playing against Sharpey in a Testimonial game in 1995 when he was a sporting a shaved head. Amongst the Man U team that day was an unknown kid called Beckham who scored 2 worldlies ! Fantastic to listen to all the stories about Fergie and his old team mates. Gunshots at the start 🤣 Cracking watch that stories was amazing could've listened to loads more gutted it ended. Bulldog has the ball on a string at the minute. When he starts smashing them in the hole and not laying up safe he's gonna be unstoppable. So close to it!

Loved Lee's stories - especially Sir Alex/Eric Cantona and then Giggsy/drums, which were brilliantly told. Looks quite a tough course but I'd say Lee was 6-7 handicap - short game was weak, unless he just had a bad day. Meanwhile Bully - what can we say - supreme off the tee (as always) and played some terrific pitch shots. Absolutely top class video.

Then Jim wasn’t playing well a couple months ago and all the comments were saying he’s not scratch and he’s a bandit, I think people need to understand how handicaps work and then understand on top that playing in front of cameras can easily add a few shots…especially if it’s not your day anyway

JB running the show again...him versus these other players is a bit of a non-event comp wise. It reallynhas to be more of Jimmy versus tour spec levels for an actual match to be made of it. Some golfer, never puts a foot wrong, glorious player

The villain in that video was the pinecone, or whatever it was that stopped Jimmy’s ball on the path. I would have loved to have seen how far that ball travelled and was willing it on, whilst laughing. Good work, lads. Keep it going!
