I think he completely changed the song, and not in a very good way especially in the chorus. I think the original bass line is one of the best parts of the song, and the way he does it sort of changes it for me...

This may well be my favorite cover so far. Abby's voice and choice of phrasing is smooth and jaw-dropping, the arrangement and playing is great as usual. Even the autounfocus is kind of cute under these conditions. (Now going to search for more of Abby Celso's. Thanks!)

That bassist apparently has two tasks: Adjusting his glasses and being funky. He does this to the fullest. Probably, he could also multitask and recitate some Indian vedic poetry backwards while playing. Total control
