just wanted to say the knuckle ball isnt based on purely technique everyone is different what I’ve learnt is that if you figure out you own technique it will be a lot more consistent 👍🏽

Since you said the smaller your foot the harder it is to knuckle, is that why I can’t knuckle that often? Or is my feet actually big cause im a size 9 but I use size 8.5 instead
