Yeah we were at the farm shop on Sunday on the way back home and thought it wasn’t long drilled. Got the last cap in the shop apparently. It’s a great farm shop. Saw your dad trying to do something with the highlands. 👍

Maybe hardface pins before turning down to size . Mixture of heat and facing material will make them last longer 🚜🏴👍🏻

Good video I think the repair on the NH will do fine instead of spending a fortune on it and then maybe changing her in couple of years 🤔

Welding the pins up will be fine , you get rods for hard surfacing.Even normal weld is pretty hard.

Another great video Crawford. I thought you done engineering at uni, did they not show you the difference between a joiners hammer and a ballpein hammer?. Heavier hammer less faf. Loved the ploughing. Show it how it is. ATB fur noo

A good farmers bodge will last for years. Would Stellite welding rods be strong enough to fix/buildup the pins.
