He was legit in season 3, where his role was to be a secondary carry like sneaky was while letting Mancloud(Best Native NA mechanical player at the time) and Xmithie mid jg carry the game. It was in Season 4 when they rebranded to XDG did *EVERYBODY* play bad and other than xmithie, they disappeared from the game.

We have a town whit like 200 people ( it used to be a very big one but it depopulated over the years ) and some that where big vilages whit over 3k and got granted the right to be a town even if they still look and feal like a vilage. Also in the USA everything is a called a town.

I loved the bo3 era with the double streams but yeah, there was an A and B stream running at the same time. They should have known and accepted that the series weren't goign to have the same view success. If C9 and TSM are playing in one stream and it was the two worst teams in another C9 and TSM are going to take all the views back then. The real solution would have been spreading the series out over the week. Probably would have costs the same as having 2 streams anyway. Shame we are going single round robin but with the official announcment for 2025 out I'm just going to look forward to that and hope we have some cross conference weeks.

I completely agree with everything Monte said. It would be way cooler if Riot just had a playoff bracket with teams from every region play and just eliminate play ins. I would love to see playoffs for LCS be to beat Brazillian and Latin American teams. A super server mega region like lpl would be ideal tbh. Making the players play in Brazil also makes the most sense cost wise and time zone difference wise for the most viewers. Watching 24 American teams compete in Brazil for worlds spots sounds epic to me as an LCS fan.

I don't know why they don't do the regional clash like they used to vs europe. Have local playoffs for each region, top 3 then competes in "americas" then we have a 4-6th tournament that each win gets points similar to when we played europe.

Fearless is great bc it finally somewhat addresses riots problem of having totally safe broken blind picks like azir and ksante from being repeated every game. If anything the argument that players can’t play what their best doesn’t have a lot of teeth bc they will be banned anyways ala bin Jax. At least in fearless you are incentivized to let them play it at least once

The next week will be a tragedy no matter what in regards to G2: Either they go 1:2 or 0:3, which would put them at actual risk to even making the Bo3s, or they are actually back in shape and come out swinging, in which case there will be some murders Or they will just somehow win games they arent supposed to and lose games they arent supposed to, which would be the biggest tragedy of them all: Mediocrity

I think Montes take about fearless being a bad veiwing experience is kind of a huge L. There is nothing worse as a viewer than stale af drafts and matchups. Like variety in games and strategies make it interesting and keep it engaging. From an analytical standpoint sure, best player on best champ is preferred. From a casual normy (which should be your goal of entertaining because they will make up the majority of your veiwership when it's high) Azir V Corki for the 900th game in a row is an easy way to get people to tune out. Maybe fearless is a little too "beer league" silly but copy paste doesn't seem to be helping viewership numbers

Its actually sad that the argument against true fearless is "we dont want to watch pros play champs they arent good at" These people are top tier players who should be proficient enough at their role that losing 4-6 champions in your role by game 5 shouldnt be a massive disadvantage to your team.

This is such an ignorant take. It's extremely hard to be world class at more than like 5 champs. If you have to be proficient at more, your level of play for all of them will drop. I don't think anyone wants to watch worse mechanics, at least I don't.

Changes to the LCS are great guys. Most viewership is not coming from NA. It is a dying league nobody really cares about. Tune onto their main channel with 17k viewers and tell me this is a major region. No hate but NA has been in a slow decay for years now and they are changing things up for other viewers. NA best players are not from NA. 6/10 players from the LCS at MSI were imports. Bussio, Massu, Aper and Yeon have came up through the academy system but still have to get carried by imports. NA in its best form relies on upsets

I hate the 3 split shit.I hated on LEC... i hated before it. Is a terrible format. LLA is ok. The league was dying either way. So this is a safe line for them. CBLOL i'm so sad for them. They are being stripped from a league that was thriving for years in favor of force to save LCS If Riot is gonna do this thing, they better guarantee at least 3 weekends being play at Brazil and LLA. The league should be 4LCS teams, 4 brazil and 2 LLA. Then put a relegation on top. Brazilians either way are a better and bigger fanbase than LCS fans who don't give a fuck neither got any passion or love for the LCS regardless

So like I was saying, about a year and a half ago, they finally will make NA a minor region merging it with Brazil. So like Riot said, there are LCK, LPL, LEC and Americas, (APAC) also, Americas is the only name that changes and the only league that changed xdd, there is no longer LCS or NA sadge, well it took 15 years for NA to die and become dead region. Riot is now forced to bandage and merge the region with a minor region. Well no one still watches NA so i dont think Brazil will save it.

DGON need to learn to stop to speak. When hi is tire or high he speak alot and never come to point. And when some speak you dont need to say yes, that right every 5-10 sec. It fucks with flow in the show. But love this 3 guys best league show.
