I used the RAM® Tough-Claw™ Small Clamp Base with Ball in the B-size (www.rammount.com/part/RAP-B-400U) to clamp to the Vector JKE Dock. The VoSwitch switch panel came with a like sized ball on the back of it and a similar medium length double socket arm.

I didn’t have anything to mount at the time nor did I have the ram mounts that I do now. Currently I have the VoSwitch panel mounted to the extreme left, a phone mount left of center and a camera mount right of center!

Gotcha. I was confused. I thought you worked for vector off-road. I was like you should have that thing full!

Hey thanks a lot Brian, and also thanks for checking out my video! Yes I think I understand your question, so if you elect to not use the ACC to switch the unit on and off with the key then yes you would have to use the power button in the center. When you hit that button it will turn off all of the accessories wired through the VoSwitch. Now you will need to turn the unit off when you turn off your vehicle otherwise the backlighting will remain on even if all of your accessories are off. To speak of the parasitic load however, I am not sure how much it draws but I know there must been some very small amount due to a small LED in the box. So far I have not had any issues with my Jeep not starting with this unit installed tho. I hope that I answered your question, if not let me know! Hey there JCR, thanks for checking out my video! So I am curious if they have 6 strobe settings with the VoSwitch or if it is 6 settings? I believe I have 3 strobe settings slow, medium, and fast. Then I have a SOS strobe along with a momentary switch and a typical switch making the total of 6 settings. I hope this helps, if not comment back and I can see if I can be of more assistance!

Hey thanks for checking out my video Brandon! Yes the green indicator light remain on all the time, it indicates power to the VoSwitch unit. I have not had issues with start up due to battery draw. Keep in mind this is a single LED and the output/draw is negligible. I expect if you were to have issues, the battery or some other system would be at fault.

Hey there Farsley Tex! So the JL100 is specific for the JL in two ways, first is the mounting bracket under the hood is designed for the JL fender structure but I showed how to add a hole to make it work with the JK. The second like you stated is the bezel for the top of the dash. There is a JK version but it is just a rocker style switch which I didn’t care for as much as the programmable controller. I am not sure about the future offerings of from VoSwitch but if they are developing a JK version of the programmable controller that is great! Otherwise to know if you could make it work in your Jeep I would need to know if it is a JK or a JL? I am curious if you would be able to in mount the bracket from the control unit and mount it at 180 degrees to allow the bracket to mount on the RH side versus the LH with the LH drive. I can provide you with an email if you would like to share some photos with me if your engine bay and we can evaluate the feasibility to make it work if you are interested!

So when I recorded this video my jeep was only a matter of months old from when I purchased it from the used car dealer. It is much dirtier now! And awesome! I hope that my video makes your install easy!

Yes! The only item that makes this system Jeep specific is the mounting bracket so you will have to either modify it or create a new one to mount it where you want it. I think they also have generic kits as well but I am not sure what the cost difference is.
