Fresh pasta, so good. My grandmother made what she called egg noodles and I don't know what she did to them but they were the best ever. To this day one of my favorite things is just plain old buttered noodles with a touch of garlic. Always makes me think of Grandma.

Good job Christopher. I am originally from Iceland. I went back and lived there a few years at 15 and 18. I worked in a fish factory and enjoyed it. I learned to fillet a fish in 5 strokes. When i was on the table where I did this 8 hours a day I would arm wrestle the guys and win. It was hilarious to see the shock on thier faces. 😅

I so appreciate a man that can not only cook, but create food as art. I gave my darling son his first cookbook when he was 14 yrs. old, and he begann to make our Mittagessen/Midday meal twice a week. I took him food shopping, etc. And taught him knife skills, with the help of YT videos. He is now a married man and I couldn't be prouder of his cooking artistry. Last month, he invited the entire extended family and made corn tortillias and Mexican food. It was such a fun day. Thank you for sharing your peaceful life with us.
