My first ever Digimon video game is World Data Squad. This game got me into Digimon Video Games. Heck I'll still play this game to this day. I'll play it over Pokemon Sword and Shield. I hope they do remake World Data Squad for modern game systems.

This was my first and only version of Digimon I experienced for a long time, game doesn't hold up that well today but I loved it at the time. Saw you put alot of work in and I hope your channel grows bigger.

The best and saddest part of the game is that is the only media in digimon that goes somewhat in depth about the 7 sins digimon, along with the olympus 12 is one of those concepts that are never explored, but they make the royal knights the antagonist every 2 games

I remember seeing this game at my gamestop when I was young and wanting it but never actually getting it. Had Digimon Dusk though.

Loved this game as a kid. It was my first console Digimon game and was what made the 7 Demon Lord Digimon some of my favorite digimon of all time cuz they had such a cool concept and were so dangerous. Didn't know about the localization stuff and that it basically wasn't a World game so when i tried playing a world game after playing this I was disappointed lol. Digimon World Next order was just not my thing. So knowing that this game was actually a "Story" game made sense and explains why I loved this game and love the Cyber Sleuth games.

The memories

It's one of the games I also grew up with as a kid! I really need to play it again as an adult so I can appreciate it's flaws as well as is strengths though, I've heard very mixed things about world data squad. Also, data squad was the digimon anime I grew up with as a kid. You said you watched it for the video, may I ask where you got it from and where I can buy it? Also if possible, do you know a place to buy the season dubbed? Just personal preference and nostalgia.

Growing up this was the only digimon game I ever got exposed to and of course as a kid I loved it, but as an adult it’s still fun, i wish the encounter rate was lower because it happens every 5 to 10 steps and feels like your in the cave area of a Pokémon game. I like clicking on digisoul charge whenever I get the chance for that element of surprise and even though you might not like it, you can go back to the star menu and change it back to which ever digimon you want it to be. The battle system is easy, the puzzles are a bit tedious. The story is a bit basic but good, a good amount of play time. The character are basic video game stereotyped but over all it is not a bad game but just good. I would give it maybe 3 1/2 digi eggs out of 5

still has the issue where u beat the game,u cant save so when u load up ur game ur back to ur last save. It makes everything meaningless after that and nothing to do but farm against wild digimon repeatedly until u reach max level with all ur digimon

The idea that the game isn't that great because of the writing and characters is... really weak. And that's an important point to make because it encompasses about half of this video's content. Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon, Beyblade, Hot Wheels, Power Rangers, Transformers, Bakugan. The list goes on with franchises that stand on marketability to children, none of which have consistently good writing or "compelling characters." They're for kids... what else did you expect as an adult? The game doesn't rely on the audience having knowledge of the plot, themes, and characters of the anime. They rely on kids that love sharps claws and teeth on super-creatures, weird references to Shinto mythology, and radical, butt rock battle music. This game has really enjoyable combat, the music is good, and the digimon are dope. Simple and executed well. I'm not hating on this video in any way, I'm just making it clear that this is, after all, a game.

If you don't like the original game you don't really like Digimon.
