Pokemon Colosseum is known as the hardest official Pokemon game, but I'm about to make it a whole lot harder! Can I beat this crazy gauntlet of double battles with randomized shadow Pokemon encounters? This challenge taught me a lot about the very first Pokemon game on the gamecube, but even with all that knowledge can I still come out on top!? Tune in to find out!
Rules:
1) Can only catch the first shadow Pokemon encounter in an area
2) If a Pokemon faints they are considered dead and must be boxed
3) No items in battle (Held items are okay)

In the base colosseum game, tyranitar does have a higher BST than the legendary beasts. It makes some sense to call him the ultimate shadow pokemon

I highly doubt theyll ever port it because they'd be showing everyone first hand that theres absolutely no excuse to have such shit ds ported animations in sword and shield and onward lol

I'm confused how the Venus fight isn't its own area. You go to the right of the under and is the only shadow Pokémon in that room

Think this might be my favorite pokemon game. Glad to see it got its own CGA video. Did you think crit shadow rush gave you a better chance to win than purifying the mons?

Colosseum's a fun but very difficult game though the options were horrible. Would love a complete proper remake like HG,/SS or ORAS

I personally think a sequel would be amazing too, since a regular remake would be a bit.. limiting imo since it would be only up to gen 3 mons and some of the shadow mons iirc were meh, like qwilfish and delibird.. so a sequel would just hopefully have better options..

@@BaconNuke there is a sequel to colosseum, and it's been out for 18 years. it's called XD: Gale of Darkness, and it fixes a lot of the issues with Colosseum while also being even more difficult

Ima be real everybody says this game is hard but considering its my. Fav pokemon game I can confidently say pokemon colosseum and gale of darkness are mad easy but I also perfer double battles I find the math easier since I have numerical dyslexia and it's just generally more fun yaknow I can use 2 of my fav pokemon insted of 1
