Those science names are confusing. They should have just called them Red science and Carmine science and Cerise Science and Carnelian Science and so on so we can recognise them more easily.

lately I've been looking for some more good Factorio video makers. Glad to have actually found one!

i love poison capsules. them combined with the defender bots, tier 2 combat bots, they clear nests easily. poison melts biters and worms, the bots stay where they land and zap anything in range. with the poison killing the mobile stuff the bots only really target the nests. very handy low tech way to deal with massive nests.

This mod's definitely on my radar of things to try... I already see probably the only way to reliably put 36 different sciences into a lab and it's wonderfully cursed. Curious what disco science would do to it, plus trying to do city blocks with all the extra required things you'd never normally automate.

Any reason why you use that smelter blueprint which only inputs half a belt of ore vs one which has half a belt on each side? It's slightly wider but also shorter because you don't need poles between smelters. Also cheaper because no red inserters.

23:51 Poison grenades are awsome, from what i can tell they significantly slow the rate at which bitters spawn making the huge endgame nets way easier to clear, they also kill worms. Shame that when they are most usefull you already have better alternatives like artillery and nukes. Still fun to go clear nests in a spidertron and 800 missiles

Seeing stuff like poles and submachine guns on belts was quite cursed indeed. Ores on belts didn't bug me though. I'm too used to mods where I need ores on belts.

Ive played a mod mashup before that used an early or similar version of this mod along with angelbobs and a mostly hacked in py. it was fun while it was stable but pure insanity. It was on a very old factorio version and py became even more incompatible with angelbobs after that so i abandoned it but man do i miss that absurd base. the modpack was called masotorio in case somebody wants to check it out

I really like the idea of red circuit wires taking advanced circuits. If only because it would gate more complicated combinator things to a bit later in the game. It would be a cool kind of progression. But maybe make each advanced circuit craft to like 5 red wires.

Somebody needs to combine this mod with space exploration.
