With the fallout TV show out, I was inspired to see wether you could beat fallout 4 with only a power-armour suit and the show's 5.56 assault-rifle, whose ammo doesn't spawn until your reach a high level.

I’ve been putting together a challenge list for a Maximus playthrough if anyone would like to try: 1. Complete FO4 with the BOS faction 2. Apparel limited to knight undersuit, bathrobe, and BOS soldier uniform 3. Woo Magnolia in Goodneighbor with the lowest charisma possible 4. Weapons limited to 10mm, laser pistol, assault rifle (See next) 5. Assault rifles can only be used with a squire (companion of choice) present 6. Companions can only be provided squire attire and weaponry (BOS soldier uniform and 10mm 7. (Fully optional) Power armor can only be acquired from fallen BOS knights I’m also up for any feedback or additional challenges I should add to this

everything but fallen BOS knight's, you can just acqusition really busted power armours and can in canon repair them. NCR citizens during New Vegas killed a 2 man patrol for a suit and broke the other suit in the process.

Edit: I typed this literally 5 seconds before he found the vendor. There’s a vendor that sells a megaton of 5.56 south of Diamond city. Just north of Fairline Hill Estates. She will never not have 5.56 in her sell page, even at low levels. Just for anyone who’s a dedicated Assault Rifle user like me.

You could have taken the 10mm pistol - there is a BOS variant of it that is equipped to the leg of the T-60 (Maximus uses it throughout the show until he runs the clip empty lol)

I don’t know wether that was max’s pistol or wether Titus had it as a backup weapon. Though to be fair 10mm is everywhere, so it was more challenging only using fists and 5.56.

Probably the most accurate part of the video was seeing that Mr Gutsy and fleeing like a little bitch. I'm feeling a distinct hint of sarcasm throughout the entire video.
