Ahh, I remember the incredibly long wait to getting every shard. I swear it took around a year for me to finally be done with those, so I really hope the new shards in 2.2 aren’t unlocked by luck and waiting.

Definitely one of the best geometry dash videos of all time.. the commitment to even prepare for it took longer than 100 hours and that's what I call dedication. Beating all map packs, making a rate worthy level which actually got featured in game, grinding massive amount of stars in such short time period just for a single video.. I'm impressed! rob should make it so that if a creator makes a fire themed level and etc, you would get a certain amount of shards of that type from it, this would speed up shard collection and make a lot of people like shards, daily chests are cool, but not an essential feature being collected from them, it took me a year to get to 90 of every shard, so this idea would really help gd, please see this cob. :) i think this is a cool idea, lmk in the replies so cob can see.

I think that judging the old levels in the map packs as new levels is unfair. Back then playtesting or sightreading wasnt really a thing and easier levels today dont have memory but the map packs do thats why i think they get this much hate. If people would just get better are memorizing levels they would get alot less hate. And saying that the levels look garbage is just kinda dumb. For the time they were made in they were some of the best and thats why they are now in the map packs. I beat every map pack for all of the coins and really liked them and beat my first medium & hard demon in them.

I'd love to see some other creators try this. With how close you got its definitely not impossible with a more efficient approach, but still getting like 95% of them is super impressive. I've been playing on and off for years but last year I got into it seriously. Clubstep was my first demon and it took me months on end. Started grinding toe2 about 2 weeks ago and finally beat it the other day and something just clicked. Now I'm up to 15 demons one of which is my first medium demon. I am unsure how many achievements I have since I cant find the completion number since I'm a mobile player. And also blind lmao. Either way my rant aside this is some top level content right here.

As you started playing map packs I got related. Currently grinding for 120 coins (yeah, that cool ass UFO) and MAN, I just arrived at INSANE map packs. Brother, I called this stage of my life in geometry dash the blind jump phase, I have fucking became paranoid of falling or going up where my screen cannot see.

Some people just leave there computers completely open for 1000 to 2000 hours just to wake up with a world record but don’t play to much of geometry dash all you will get tired but I can see why

This is actually really difficult since you'd also need to have a good amount of knowledge with the editor aside from playing skills to even get a rated level in the first place. To build a decent-looking level within that low amount of time seems really stressful if you aren't experienced enough.

You are a legend for doing this. Quick questions tho, how can you see green usernames, cause the ones on levels like beautiful chaos and Cody’s levels were deleted after March 2017.

U try this challenge and realise that one of the achievements is literally to beat a year worth of daily levels AND that you have to do them when they are daily not just in the vault of daily levels.

I got all my shards from daily chests lol, still have yet to beat a single gauntlet and I have no desire to touch any of those levels lmao

i was talking the same way about the map packs yesterday while passing them

getting every achievement will take at least 5k hours if youre new. if you have done this at least 3 times, it can go down to 1k hour. if youre an actual professional at the game, it would still take longer than 100 hours due to the length of the levels and also getting a rated level is almost rng based, since even if it would get rated no matter what, you dont know how long it will take for it to get rated. so good luck lmao

I get get what you’re saying, but a game like this, there’s not much else you can do. The achievements explore all parts of the game. Theres not much you can do when this games is beating, creating, and playing levels, with some clicking of buttons in between.

The Challenge wasn't really meant to be hard this late it in the game, it was challenging when you unlocked it in GD world before 2.1 got released and you had never seen the spider or dash orbs before

i think making a new account and just playing the game normally is a good thing as most people after getting good at the game just start grinding it till they dislike it

the most problem i have is with like, you are beating a level the difficulty of 5-6 stars and it turns out its 3 stars💀. Other problem, that made me quit map packs, like dry out rm, i don't have a skill issue but that level is sometimes unfair with some weird jumps.
