An epic, open-ended single-player RPG, Morrowind allows you to create and play any kind of character imaginable. You can choose to follow the main storyline and find the source of the evil blight that plagues the land, or set off on your own to explore strange locations and develop your character based on their actions throughout the game. Featuring stunning 3D graphics, open-ended gameplay, and an incredible level of detail and interactivity, Morrowind offers a gameplay experience like no other.
Morrowind, like most RPGs, let’s you customise your characters appearance and background. You can be a cunning Wood Elf Archer, a powerful Breton Battlemage, or even a farming implement. And as we know, not all heroes wear capes, they come in all shapes and sizes. So, what if, like Yagrum Bagarn, your character couldn’t use their legs? You’d be like Bran Stark from Game of Thrones, except more interesting and relevant. What if a Daedric prince cursed you with a member so large that you couldn’t walk? Could you still complete the game? Well, allow me to answer that question.

12:20 That's a Blighted Rat with one of the Blight diseases that gives a massive debuff to Strength, as a result the rat has negative Strength and can't move because its over-encumbered.

That's what that is? I never encountered them first time I played Morrowind, but when i played it again on OpenMW, i always saw them, and thought something with OpenMW bugged their pathfinding.

I was curious if speed would affect how quickly you squat-walk, but it doesn't seem to. However, readying a spell makes your character lean forward a bit, and if you time it right, you can either waddle forward or backwards. You just need to lower your hands before you exit the crouch. Not sure if it's faster than the axe-chop-squat, but it's another option.

“move at a regular pace by lifting and setting down each foot in turn, never having both feet off the ground at once.” Actual definition of walking, note that this includes moving at a regular pace and lifting up feet (rather than just shifting weight)

since you broke the game with alchemy and were already in sadrith mora you may as well have made fortify luck potions as well. tuscarmil sells corkbulb root in the mages guild and the other guy in the shrine sells corprus weepings which would put together made fortify luck and healing potions. with your luck well into the thousands you would dodge every hit and always hit

15:16 Actually, unless the vast amounts of time needed disable this somehow, you can hold TAB for the cinematic (spins around character) view and reorient the camera to see where you're going without turning around.

That sneak movement is like quicksave phasing through walls in Fallout 3. And as with every overencumbered run, there is no downside in looting everything. You're already slow af, so more weight doesn't matter. Also, we just created the Morrowind fat% category.
