In this video we find out if it's possible to beat New Super Luigi U (2013) without pressing the right button a single time.
Rules: We can't press right during gameplay. menus and the world map do not count towards our challenge.

I'm glad I was able to assist you with this project! The final result was more impressive than I was expecting - the effects are nice and stylish, but one thing that really caught me off guard was the subtitles and moving avatars for the live commentary segments! Maybe in the future I can lend a hand again if you need assistance.

Honestly one of the best challenge runs i have seen in a while. i feel like most of the challenge runs take it easy by bending rules or just combining a lot of impossible ones into one video that basicly includes no strats or fun gimmicks. glad to see someone doing an actual challenging mario challenge run without rule shenanigans

You could make it through Cheep Chomp Chase through the two pipes where the second star coin floats down on the top of the level. It takes you through an alternate path that you can use with a spare acorn suit to reach the flagpole from there. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'll share it in the Discord.

Amazing video! But honestly, Ceave Gaming's rules are the best ones. The only difference being - he counted going into a pipe as a non gameplay left/right press. Honestly I think it makes no sense to count it as a press when there is a 0% chance to avoid it when it happens. Also, if you added Deluxe to the title/thumbnail, people would freak out and probably give you more views - "HOW would he do it in only 100 seconds per level, WITHOUT the blocks from Luigi U???"

@@Ansel_G fair but you did say "this on the map doesn't count as a press because of this reason", you could say that for pipes as well, and not deal with counting those. This channel is gonna blow up though mark my words

yeah, a lot of people seem to say it's apart of the "meta right press" category like how Ceave gaming does it, but I always have it as an input since it's inside a level
