In order to make the world desert I used the desert hell mod by @moomoo7614, in addition to the replace block feature in TEdit.

Very high quality video! Just a tip: focus on horizontal maneuverability for your arenas instead of vertical. You usually only need 2-3 levels of platforms with pretty large vertical distance between them, and don’t forget to use hooks, rocket boots, wings, etc. to your advantage. Also, never ever put walls on the sides of your arenas. Usually they just end up limiting your potential movement and making you more prone to getting hit. Still, very good video! Subbed and liked

Why is the entire moonlord fight cut out? Seems strange to cut from 250k/270k health to him dying. Especially after taking 200 damage and not showing the recovery, then cutting to the clip of him dying and taking another casual 180 damage.

When you are editing I feel like you should show more trial and error. So people can see the struggles you went through. You should also try to explain specifically what changed in your strategy in order to progress or beat a boss etc

You can get dirt by throwing palm wood into shimmer to get regular wood than throw the regular wood into shimmer to get dirt Using grass seeds from Dryad You can get Daybloom by making a huge grass platform Using just a dirt platform will grow blinkroot Using corrupt seeds from eoc of dryad(during blood moon) You can get deathweed However you can't get ,fireblosom and shiverthorn(Until Post-ML)

@@thegoldenraysoftheglorious1180Hi, creator of the mod here! This mod was made exclusively for 1.4.4. As such, the shimmer is present. You can definitely use it to grow artificial biomes to make up for the lack of naturally occurring ones. 😊

After Eye of Cthulhu you can buy vile powder from Dryad and craft Worm Food that way. At this point Tmodloader has also updated to 1.4.4 and gives preboss access to dirt, mud, and stone, but that's another matter.

I dont know if the shimmer exists in this mod but if it does you could shimmer potions from chests to get herbs and you can shimmer other blocks to get stone and dirt

Dude, I love your style! These days you only really see KZfaqrs with an over the top performance that gets really annoying really fast, or are unenthusiastic/don't care enough to keep your attention. But you have done the perfect middle ground, this is awesome. If anything, I might say the pacing is a little slow (I watch on 2x speed and this worked great, you should maybe try watching it back with normal and 2x speed to see what you think works better. Overall, great video and I'm looking forward to seeing more content from you in the future.

When you went into hard mode. I was like how is he going to make a jungle bio with the seeds. Once you did that it was easy. Also you are really luckily Queen Bee is just a optional fight and you don't have to do it lol. If they made it a fight that you need to do just to progress then you wouldn't be able to complete this at all.

You started in the desert and didn't get the cactus pickaxe? Not much better, but at least it gets rid of the -1 range on copper. I sometimes specifically travel to the desert to get it, depending on what's in between.

you could have gotten blinkroot by mining the dirt i saw at 7:00 and placing it at cavern layer/underworld where blinkroot would naturally grow on the dirt

blinkroot can naturally grow on the surface actually, i've seen it happen. my guess is that blinkroot can spawn if there isnt grass in x radius of it

There wasn’t any ebonstone I think. The corruption was hardened sand. However, he could have shimmered ores to get stone, and dirt/mud too for that matter.

For me personally, i usually goes underground desert quite early My target is the snake charm (for a kind of clear rope to sky island) and magic conch (its really useful for early game)

@@1th_to_comment. Yep, it wont, but it saves the cost of rope and makes it look cleaner (imo) It goes with you using it, then place 1 rope on top of the snake head, then reuse the snake flute on top of the rope, removing the bottom snake and moving it to the top of the rope, and repeating it
