@deVict6r6 ай бұрын
@@dmitriyyanov Not to say that's not useful, though, not only hitting those will still contribute to your score, but will also be a warning that you *can* hit in such angles Though that wouldn't be as relevant in professional boxing, but could be a skill check in amateur

They may be able to get the hang of the fundamentals easier. Plus they would nail jump roping. They would also have an easier time staying loose and relaxed compared to an average Joe starting boxing who might look stiff.

I do street dance with lots of footwork from genres like house. Getting into boxing was more fluid than I expected, in dancing you gain lots of co-ordination so when learning a technique it feels more free flowing. As for footwork, I really enjoy it, even if people think it’s not practical for a fight, it’s just fun and enjoyable. Those parts I don’t struggle with much, it’s just stuff like power when punching (I’m aware of the kinetic chain I just weigh little) but I never really found other stuff too challenging
@xjqdxn Жыл бұрын
I’d say my main strength was pendulum footwork, my dance style in particular is pretty bouncy and energetic so I can transfer that to my boxing style. Fight experience obvs is something hard though because I haven’t sparred much
