Interesting little circuit but Jonni needs to get in here and show how to do this with slow eccentrics and paused stretches for each rep. Though if we're not looking for any hypertrophy and simply some cardio that rep speed might be okay.

Damn filthy!!😂. I love to hate burpees as well. I managed the workout in 23:46 - I used 2 10# DBs and I was struggling with the front raises at the end! Awesome workout Matt! Keep it up!

This sounds MUCH EASIER than it really is. Do 1 pushup and stand up and jump then get down and do 2 , continue AND IF YOU CAN MAKE IT UP TO 10 PUSHUPS YOU'RE VERY FIT,I can guarantee that less than 0,5% can make it. I been working out for more than half my life, when I was in my 20 ts I managed 8 now in my 40ts I manage 9 but I weigh slightly less. TRY IT OUT.

I'm nearly 52, kinda out if shape 5'9" & 14st. I want to get back in shspe. Have treadmill and set light weights. I want to lose atleast 1st and belly. What do you suggest.

For the plank twists and reverse lunges, is it 40 reps for each side or 40 total(20 per side)?

I did 40 per side just to make it harder. My guess is whatever you would prefer unless otherwise stated.

did 3 sets of 15 reps each (my body is too weak to handle 40reps at one go, i failed...) in about 70mins. i am ashamed...

Hell yeah. Show them youngins that you are someone not to be messed with. 😉 Be careful on the burpees as that's the most ballistic movement. You may need to break down the burpee into a squat and pushup if you're joints aren't up to a normal burpee.
