Have you guys ever wondered if you can still make money buying video games from Goodwill and reselling them? I remember back in the day Goodwill used to be packed with a ton of retro video games but it seems through the years that there are less and less games at Goodwill now and I think that is because of the Ebay stores they have started, they have started taking all the video games and reselling them on Ebay to maximize there profits but the only problem with that is its making it hard for resellers and video game collectors like you and me to find those cheap games at thrift stores so today I decided to put it to the test to see if I can actually make a good amount of money selling games from Goodwill.

nice scores bro!!! nice edits as well. i have a friend that made his living flipping stuff from goodwill. hes got a really nice job now but he still does it. he always did clothes there. he just scored a original jimmi hendrix tour shirt, its worth over $250, thought you would like that info!

Thanks man, I’ve always thought about getting into clothing but just haven’t yet, if I had more time I feel like I would start buying different things but right now I’m so focused on reselling video games and couches and thats full time job itself

I am not sure where you're getting your prices from. Bioshock Ultimate Rapture averages about $13 CIB, 2k11 on Wii is like $8. Resistance 3 is like $9, Just Dance 3 is $12.50 sealed, free shipping currently, Zumba is about $10 sealed, red dead is $10 before fees. You may make profit, but it is not as much as you would think. Especially after you factor in shipping materials, time, etc.

Ive actually always sold everything on the higher in on Amazon, like new listings and you would be amazed how much extra people will pay for a good copy

@@jovialsellsjunk So this is unrealistic for those who are trying to make a little extra to make a little extra money. In most metro areas goodwill doesnt ever have games and the cost to get ungated on amazon is out of reach for a lot of people.

I will say back in the day, prior to Goodwill deciding to take their business online. I use to score all the time! Way back in the day back in the electronic section I found an original nes bundle it was an amazing score.

I love taking games away from donation shops for a profit. why should people less fortunate get a good deal anyways

Goodwill is not a chairity for less fortunate, its a big business ran by huge corporations and is all for PROFIT. A very small faction of its profits go to anything chairty wise.

@@johnferris9970 hey buddy, goodwill is literally classified as a NOT FOR PROFIT charity. They get their inventory mostly from donations. Goodwill Industries International is, in fact, a nonprofit organization, and the money its thrift stores make goes towards community programs like job training, placement services, and classes for people who have disabilities or are otherwise challenged in finding traditional employment. They’re all autonomous, independent nonprofit organizations. Scumbag here is buying donated goods that are meant for those in need and is trying to make a quick buck
