Dancehall, dub, garage, drum n bass, a bunch of other styles of popular music are full of it. It'd be hard to avoid it even if you're away from the bigger cities. In London the cockney accent is basically going extinct because many younger people speak what's called "multicultural London" which is a mix of various older London dialects with influences from various immigrant groups like Jamaican, Pakistani, etc.
