Hello - send us an email so we can assist! We don't currently manufacture MPD in N gauge, but it is available in 360, 460 and 560mm versions for OO/HO.

Will an O-16.5 On30 loco fit in one of these or is that too tall?

It depends on the height of the locomotive (and to some extent, the width). The MPD is set for the standard maximum loading gauge of OO/HO locomotives and stock, so as lonk as your O.16.5 model is within that it would fit.
