NOW what's need to be done is, we must make rule I.e. if teeth must be pull out than , the dentist must inform about the consequence of pullout clearly, like result would likely to be, narrow teeth structure, small jaw, small lips, much older look etc. Most of the people who are taking their teeth pullout, don't know about the result. Because there are other treatment methods, which could make less chance to teeth pull out. Everyone must be inspected as to do treatment without extraction to the maximum possibility firstly. Otherwise more people will have to face this problem again and again.

I did the worst mistake in my life sometimes I have suicidal thoughts because of that! I extracted 4 first molars, and now my dentist is closing the gap with the second molar and wisdom teeth, but I only did that because she want to extract the wisdom teeth and I didnt want to extract my wisdoom and then I decided to extract the first molar which had fillings and sensitive. The gap is 35% close already, And I already feel I dont have much space tongue anymore! What should I do? It was the molars DAMN! there's any hope for that?

Hey mate, I had a pre molar extraction about 12 years ago, over the years I beleive it has ruined the right side of my face and also contributed to a deviated septum on the same side. Will getting an implant reverse it.

Can you please recommend any doctor that has a clue about this procedure in Europe? I'm in Germany, but it doesn't matter where in Europe it is, I can fly anywhere near for a treatment. I had 4 premolar extractions 6 years ago, which I regret every! single! day! People will say ''it's just a tooth'' but it's not. I have clenching now, my face looks sunken, my previous beautiful lips look awful thin, my teeth don't look good either! They were much better before with only a slight crowding. Extractions weren't even needed! I can't spell the letter R as I did before, my tongue doesn't fit into my mouth correctly. The orthodontic treatment also caused me to have many cavities and tooth discolorations. My teeth, jaw, smile, lips, all is destroyed. I just can't forgive myself for letting the dentist do this to me and feel so desperate. I don't want to look into the mirror anymore. I feel so ugly and stupid at the same time. I feel misled. I'm so angry and this anger is eating me inside. I just can not accept and go on with this.

Daha N'ler you're in luck! I'm from the UK and thinking of coming to Germany to get AGGA as there is a dentist there who does it, in heidelburgh I think. My heart goes out to you, I dont know how to deal with the anger myself either. Mine was done at age 13, not sure how to even start to heal from 16 years of living with this, but I'm holding onto hope that it's possible. Every. single. day. and people don't even begin to understand the health implications. I hope it works for you, if you do get treatment I'd love to hear how it goes, best of luck. Edit: I no longer believe agga helps adults at all except in cases with retroclined upper incisors

HOPE TO GET AN ADVICE PLEASE. I had a lower right 3rd to the last molar removed when I was around 12 years old. Growing up I really thought my body is just growing assymetrical and that's just how I'm built. It became more noticeable during college that the right side of my face is becoming more like sagging, like "bulldog" or having a candy on that side of the cheek as my peers mentioned before. Now I'm 31, same thing, face has matured and I look older on the right side. And I realized only just now, 19 years later, that my molars have sunken forward to the space of the extraction, and that my right jaw corner has moved forward as well unlike the left side which looks ok. It's obvious the extraction has deformed my face. Is there still a solution for this? Like orthodontics to push the molars back and then an implant? PLEASE ANYONE.

look up premolar extraction reversal (per), you can make space again to put an implant, and there are lots of corrective surgeries. you do need to find the good orthodontist, give me your email i'll send you the google doc that has all the doctors aware of the damage of premolar extraction and do a reversal. I suffer the same thing (two premolar only on the right side), caused assymetry, back and neck problem, sleep apnea etc... but im going to fix that. Its a long road with surgery at the end but it will be worth it

I'm really worried about myself. When I was 8 year old I went to the doctor with my mom and I remember that if I don't get a treatment I would have the jaw more forward than my maxillary. I also remember that I had crowded teeth in both upper and the bottom. The doctor said to my mom that it's better to wait and when I'll become teenager I could get brackets because are more practical than orthopedics. When I was 13 I got 4 extractions, 2 premolars on the upper and 2 premolars on the bottom teeth. When I was on my first year of university I got the TMJ problems. Now I don't know what to do because I would like to rearrange all the bad that orthodontist made to me. But I don't know where to start... I see my self and I can see a big philtrum too much nasolabial angle that makes too much distance between my nose and lip, recesed maxillary and mandible, a droopy nose that looks big on my profile and thin lips and of course problem when opening my mouth. Please what can you recommend to me? I would thank you if you reply me.

Honestly, you should look into guided regenerative bone grafting to regrow your jaw, and then ask for implants. Find the best periodontist you can in your area. Bone graft should help regrow your bone & the implant should work in maintaining the regrown bone. Best of luck

I hear dental implants can reverse facial changes occurred from bone loss but you might have to wait until you're 18 at least

Hey don't worry I had 2 molars extracted because of decay and also suffered bone loss at the spots But what you can do is get bone grafts at those places , that builds up the bone again and then you can put implants there and Hurray The issue gets solved😊 That's what I did❤

Hi, I’m one of those patients who now has a worse smile and face shape in general due to teeth extraction. I got braces 2 times. The first time I got them, I was pretty satisfied, but then for some reason my teeth started shifting forward leading to protruding upper teeth, so the dr without really evaluating carefully, recommended me to get 4 teeth removed. I now really regret the decision, bc my whole mouth area seems to be collapsed inwards and my chin is receding. I’m only 18 and yet my age looks to have increased drastically. Will growing out my wisdom teeth, and the reapplying braces/expansion methods help me? Is there a way to reverse this problem without getting implants?

I had 4 teeth removed and my jaw was soo bad before because I breathed from my mouth but my jaw has now moved forward and I breath from my nose is it because I stopped breathing from mouth which fixed my jaw or the braces??,

This treatment could be quite expensive especially if you need to do 2 implants. I would estimate, without seeing photos or your current profile that in the US you could be paying anywhere over $5000

Yes it does. Do NOT do it. That's what happened to me, if you're not happy with how you look like, it will be a bad decision and could affect your jaw strength, breathing, and tongue room. Extractions should only be done if your teeth is very overcrowded

OK, 4 teeth extracted at the age of 13 for my braces braces taken off when I was 18 so that’s five years of braces do you think it went back for my retainer not… I’m will be 58 next year so three wisdom teeth only extract at the age around 22ish. OK left back molar front tooth left right to uppers bottom left molar upper and lower partial there is no more room for teeth so where do you think you’re going to put cheese what is noted to be put German orthodontic treatment all I just have this loose front teeth but that’s taken care of. This does not apply to me. Metal open Laura partials 3 upper one 1 lower - how can you put teeth in one there’s no more space to put Jade my mouth is too small for my big teeth.... I have a really good idea when it comes to acrylic using that as gum tissue to instead of sailors through Botox you have your lab increase the acrylic part that be cool

I'm in a weird and terrifying position - I had orthodontics to reverse the extractions and it ruined my face even further! My molars came down and my face stretched out. If I could do it all over I'd leave my face the way it was before I did anything. Weirdly it did fix my functional problems but I'd take pain over having to see an ugly face in the mirror.

@@rishima4897 yup they reopened spaces in my second bicuspid and I had implants. It widened and brought my teeth slightly forward. I’m trying to adjust to the change and accept my new look.
